Mr. Rollins has over 30 years of experience working with student athletes. Born in Liberty Texas, Mr. Rollins spent 23 years in Portland Oregon. He was a standout quarterback at Jefferson High School and went on to Linfield College to play football. In his adult years he found a passion for helping youth realize their potential. Mr. Rollins served as a youth counselor, a high school football coach, and has provided professional training for several athletes throughout the years. Seen by many youth as a father figure or big brother, he is introduced as "Uncle Joe" by his mentee, NFL Super Bowl Champion, Ndamukong Suh. Now back in Texas, "Uncle Joe" is excited to focus his efforts on young athletes in the Houston area. Mr. Rollins is committed to empowering our youth in all phases of life, and partnering with many different community agencies, schools, and churches to help youth be successful. Mr. Rollins earned his BS in Management from the University of Phoenix, has a beautiful wife Maria and two adult children, Briana and Joe, III.
Mr. Jones boasts twelve years of experience working with children. While playing football at the University of Houston, Jamal worked part-time as a peer mentor for the Urban Enrichment Institute (formally known as 5th Ward Enrichment Program). Mr. Jones better known as "Coach Jones" has been a teacher/coach in Houston Independent School District for five years. While playing college sports, coaching, teaching, and having a younger brother in the NFL, Coach Jones has learned everything there is to know about how to help young student athletes succeed in life.
